Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Include Non-Bedded Rooms	When enabled, the system includes non-bedded rooms associated with the available room types in the report.

Room #	Room number of the guest.
Guest Name	The first and the last name of the guest will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
# Nts	Number of remaining nights on the reservation.
Rate	The rate defined for the room.
Balance	The available balance for the guest.
Credit Lmt	Credit limit allowed for the guest.
Amt Over Lmt	The amount that exceeded the credit limit.
